This latest month I took a slip in my body training progress when I missed three days out of six workout days in the first week of the second stage of the program. I felt bad, I knew that I could never get across America if I start dogging it. I decided to get my head in the game and come back with a vengeance. I have kept it up during the remaining weeks of the month. In addition, in the last half of the month I have upped my work out from doing P90X plus a half an hour to an hour of track with running and sprint training.
The program is not done yet. I still have one month to go till I am done with first round of the program. Yes, I am planning on doing it another time around when I'm done! I am excited to keep going. America is months away, but when you look at the whole picture its just around the corner.
