I have finished P90-X and am convinced that I am in the best shape of my life. The program is easy to follow but hard to complete. It's difficult to dedicate up to 2 hours to fitness everyday, but the time with it was well worth it. I have more energy throughout my day, more confidence in my appearance, and I am one step closer to taking on America eye to eye.
I started running my second month in and have continued running since. I have worked up my mileage from the first day and find myself occasionally running up to 5 miles after I have already put in one of my P90-X workouts. I remember when I would feel so out of it after a run, but every time I stop lately I feel like I could run some more.
Getting across America in no small task, so my body training will continue. I am now moving into a hybrid workout concentrating on the core P90-X work outs and a new focus on run and sprint training. I can't wait to arrive in Delaware and look down the first steps of the path, knowing that I'm ready for anything.
