Currently, I am one month into the program and am already receiving results. Each workout takes an hour to an hour and half each day to complete. It's six day a week program that places focus on different muscle groups throughout the week. Jennifer was right, it can get pretty intense. In addition there is a complementary high protein diet that I have been trying my best to follow.
This is just the start, there is a lot more work to do till my body is ready. I am looking forward to every bead of sweat till I get the rock hard body I need in order to take on America. Look out, because I am bringing it!
