My friend Laura Woods has been joining me. Together we have created a workout program called "The Cage", it consists of over a mile run and then a post-workout, alternating through different focuses everyday, we also have included Yoga into the routine.
I also like riding my bike. People around the city have reported seeing me riding it around with my hands behind my back. I like to challenge my sense of balance and try to keep my hands off the wheel.
Keeping in shape keeps me motivated to chase other things during my day. I realized how much it helped me during the first portion of my walk. Hope to tough the cold and continue to get outside to move!
